Arya Samaj Mandir, Punjabi Bagh (West) will observe Sharad Navratri with a special havan every morning from Sunday 11 October to Monday 19 October 2026. In keeping with the Arya Samaj tradition, the nine days are marked through Vedic mantras, ahuti in the sacred fire and short discourses on self-discipline and right living. Families from Punjabi Bagh and the surrounding colonies are welcome on any day, and entry is free for everyone.
Each morning the pandit will lead the havan and explain the meaning of the mantras as they are recited, so that everyone present understands what is being offered and why. Attendees offer ahuti themselves, which is the heart of a community havan: the offering is made by the family, not on its behalf. On the opening Sunday, the Navratri havan will be held together with the regular weekly satsang.

- Daily havan: 7:00 to 8:00 AM at the mandir Yagyashala
- Sunday 11 October: Navratri havan with the weekly satsang, 8:00 to 10:00 AM
- Monday 19 October: purnahuti, pravachan and prasad distribution
- Entry: free, and no registration is needed

- Havan samagri and ghee are arranged by the mandir. Families who wish to contribute can speak to the mandir office.
- Please arrive 10 minutes early, as the havan begins on time.
